This notice applies to the public Bastion pilot inquiry form. It does not authorize a customer account, factory connection, or production-data ingestion.

What we collect

Company and contact details, factory location, approximate factory and machine counts, monitoring goal, requested timing, and optional notes.

Why we use it

To review the requested pilot, respond to the contact who submitted it, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and prepare an internal scope for authorized review.

What the form does not do

It does not create operational access, connect a sensor, ingest machine measurements, or expose another customer’s records.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is retained for up to 12 months for response and pilot planning, then removed during the reviewer database retention process unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is legally required. Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, machine secrets, or regulated information.
